DESCRIPTION
Partially fermented grape must from the Muscat Petit Grain and Muscat d’Alexandrie grape variety.
Fine bubbles and very low degrees : 5.5% alcohol. 80 gr of residual sugar.
Conceived in the spirit of a Moscato d’Asti, I wanted to do like an Italian sparkling but by modifying the balances to obtain less sugar and a fine and persistent bubble.
To drink very cold, as an aperitif and with dessert.
Eye : the gold color with green nuances which confirms the freshness. The bubbles are fine and rise slowly.
Nose : the nose is fine and delicate, offering a fruity and floral palette, pear, peach, apricot, acacia honey.
Palate : a few thirst-quenching bubbles cover the palate amid fruit flavors. The wine is sweet but remains fresh thanks to the incisive bubbles.
